Reflexology Explained

Reflexology is a holistic therapy; each person is treated as a whole, taking into account mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.

Reflexology works by balancing the disturbances in the skeletal system, combating areas that are out of sync.

By massaging points on the feet, hands and face (referred to as reflex points) corresponding areas and organs in the body are targeted. Ultimately, the goal is to return the body, mind and soul to their optimum state allowing the body to heal itself.

I treat people from all walks of life, male, female and children; and Heal Therapies, Harrogate is LGBTQ friendly. I work with people suffering the mental and physical effects of stress and anxiety; PTSD and complex PTSD; headaches; migraines; sporting injuries; bad backs; sleep disorders; fertility issues, low energy levels and perimenopausal women.

Reflexology is not a substitute for medicine, it's a complementary therapy that can significantly improve your quality of life when undertaken on a regular basis.
